Craft Range
A “real workhorse” artisan dough. Multipurpose, ready to stretch and bake after defrosting and proofing – but can also be cold fermented for up to 48 hours. Suitable for all types of operations and ovens. Please contact us for doughball size, palletisation and cost.
Sourdough Style Range
Long fermented, made with premium flour, delivering aroma and flavour with a great crumb structure. Suitable for all ovens and operations and robust enough to use the street food and event catering.
Gluten Free Pizza Bases
Thin and crispy, ready to top and bake from frozen, thus allowing waste control and the ability to cater for dietary needs. Our unique, bespoke formula with reliability.
